Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Returns Policy We must be notified or your intention to return or exchange the item within 7 days of you receiving it via email. You must e-mail sales@formaldress4u.co.uk for a return authorization number. Dresses without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place, shipped at the customer's expense within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, a prompt refund or exchange will be issued, subject to all conditions being satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, please note that an administration charge of 20% of the cost of your order will be deducted for any returns, from the total refunded amount to prevent our return policy being abused. Postage is not refundable. Items marked with (+) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Dresses on special offer are not refundable.

If you purchase a "made to measure" dress then due to the particular nature of the dress being made specifically made for you, then NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN, unless there have been severe mistakes being made in size, by us, on the dress. If this is the case the refund shall be the total amount of the dress, less postage costs. There is no refund for international orders due to high handling cost.
